NUTRITION FOR YOUR BRAIN AND PSYCHOLOGY
PEACE, STRENGTH, AND LONG LIFE

To function properly your body needs the nutrients AND homeostasis so it can function properly to process those nutrients properly.

Basically, the right nutrition is the opposite of the wrong nutrition. (Duh!)

THE RULES

Keeping blood sugar levels at a very stable level with no ups and downs - avoid big fluctuations like the plague, as it adds stress, fat, and cravings that destabilize while creating emotional problems.

No overload of eating too much at once.

Small healthy snacks in between meals, about 100-150 calories, with fiber so feel full.

MAKING THE COMMITMENT

See The 100% Commitment, with the no gratuitious flour or sugar designation, but add the other ones that I have:  Keep my weight below 210 (6'5"), no fried foods, fiber (cereals at least 5 g of fiber per serving), no sodas.   Others have made iron-clad commitments to such things as only one dessert a week, for life.
