PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS AND CONDITIONS
ADDRESSING THEM SQUARELY

Below are some links into psychological problems and solving them.  Some are called "conditions", which are mostly not really conditions but behaviors.  None of these make a person "bad" or "not good enough".  They are simply bad strategies based on the person not knowing enough, yet.

Check of what might apply to you, being sure to put a mark for things other people have told you but you haven't believed.  (The latter is possibly a "blind spot" - and you must acknowledge the possibility first if you are to learn how to best handle it.)

Victim - THE primary role/position/persona to stop "being".
Passive-aggressive - a master at covert abuse, unaware of causing some kind of stress in others, often forgetting, not following through on promises, not being responsible (blaming), fear of dependency but being dependent, plays victim, say one thing, do another; don't communicate their needs and wishes in a clear manner... [Not really bad intent, just bad strategies]
Co-dependents - Often called enablers, they do what is not good for the other, can't let the other feel bad or be hurt, often rescuing, complaining but never holding the line... [Also "good intent", but bad strategies, especially in the area of control, in trying to rescue and/or change another]

Anxiety
Depression - Not good enough, victim not able to handle future, dependent on others because powerless, vague super-fear of future being terrible and hopeless...
Fear, underlying frequent theme

More added later, but just enter any problem or condition you can think of into the search engine.

See Personality Types page for discussions and links.

I linked some, but you'll have to use the search engine for the ones not linked.  They are all discussed.
