I'm afraid of

    Criticism, judgment
    Not meeting expectations
    People putting their attention on me
    Being rejected

Change

     Change is difficult.

Good enough

    I'm not good enough.
    I'm not worthy.
    What makes me good enough or feel worthy is having people think well
         of me.
    Nothing I do is good enough.
    What makes me good enough or important is doing things perfectly.

Inadequate

    I'm weak.
    I'm not enough.
    I don't deserve to be.
    I'm not capable.
    I'm not competent.
    I'm inadequate
    I'm stupid
         I have to be smart to be loved

Mistakes, failing

    Mistake and failures are bad.
    If I make a mistake or fail I'll be rejected.
    I'm a failure.

Powerless

    I never get what I want.
    I'm powerless.  I'm helpless.

Unimportant

    People aren't interested in what I say.
    What I have to say isn't important.
    I'm not important.

Something bad will happen

     It is dangerous to have people put their attention on me.
     It's hopeless.

About others

      Others are not trustworthy.

About life

      This isn't it.
       Life is hard.
