PROCEDURES

PROJECT TEMPLATE  (2.5 in user manual):
Where you want the identical procedures for a new project, pick the project whose format you want to copy.
( If you know you will be copying a procedure, it is useful to label the project title at first with a PT.)
1. Projects tab, go to the row where you want to place the new project.
2. Click Actions>New Project From Template (Select project you want the tasks to be duplicated for this new project).  Press OK
3. If you don't want this project to be indented below the line you selected in 1 above, then click 'no' to being a child)
4. Fill in the project form as normally would.
5. Verify:  Go to Outline tab and you'll see the same tasks already entered for you under the new project!

Where to keep the templates
You can leave them spread throughout the outline or you can copy them by using the procedure above but saving them by calling them PT then project's name.  OR
I created a category, which I could collapse when I didn't need to see in it, called Templates, and under it a Results Area called Project Templates and then inserted the project templates as projects in that result area.
