THE DAILY REMINDERS READING
CONSTRUCTING ONE FOR YOURSELF

WHY

We forget who we are, how powerful we really are, and what we really want.  The only solution to that is to remind ourselves on a systematic basis - and, in doing so, to groove it further into our minds.  The consequences of not keeping our highest interest on "top of our minds" is that we will wander and waste the potential of life, not in term of some achievement mania but in terms of true happiness and satisfaction with life.

The daily reading also takes away some of the doubt and anxiety that occupies are minds when we go through life with a murky self conversation without really nailing down what we want it to be.

See the examples in the "Related" box.

One place that is useful for keeping such things is The Reminders Notebook.

WHO I AM, BASICALLY, AS A HUMAN BEING

Best if it is in one sentence.  It must be true. It provides something to go to when you are attacked in some way.

"I am a good, kind, caring human being, ever doing the best my awareness permits, ever growing in awareness and in the capability of loving life."

You can use the categories, and perhaps jump off from using what is written, in Formulating A Powerful, Practical Philosophy Of Life.
