After studying the brain and the human psyche (and the research proving certain propositions), I find that inspiration not only creates great short term chemicals but it also can have people thinking higher on a permanent basis if it is practiced frequently enough - I would suggest it as part of a daily practice (perhaps split from your other practices, perhaps as a way to close out the evening and go to sleep inspired and positive). Inspiration is a worthwhile "diversion" that is highly entertaining for humans - and we recommend this when you need a break.
Just peruse and see what appeals to you.
Inspiration on this website includes anything that is inspiring. It seems that a good sized portion of the pieces in this area are come from sources that are religious in nature, but those who are not religious can just make them into non-religious analogies (such as "higher internal power" inside oneself, "nature", etc.).
I would highly recommend that you print out what is meaningful to you (and save it on your computer) and insert it into your Reminders notebook or, perhaps, into a separate Inspiration notebook (as I have accumulated so much it no longer fits into the other notebook.
Part of being inspired comes from a regular reminders system, thus we would recommend that you have several personal inspirational pieces in the Grounding/Reminders Notebook, such as the example of one used by one individual: My Daily Reading.

MODELS/EXAMPLES
It is our intent to help people find people they can "copy" in many respects (model
themselves after). We intend to video tape well-known figures who are highly
respected talking about the values and the triumphs they have achieved throught the
application of sound principles and practices.

Quotes:
using these for speeches, etc., this is just interesting to read. The ones that appeal
the most should be pulled out and put in your inspiration notebook. A few might be
worth memorizing for "inputs" when you need some to balance your thinking.
