ORGANIZING PRINCIPLES

HAVE A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING.

HAVE AN INSTANT PLACE FOR THE MAJOR THINGS.

MOST USED, CLOSEST.

EVERYTHING REFERENCEABLE AND FINDABLE.

PUT EVERYTHING AWAY AFTER YOU FINISH

IF YOU SEE ANYTHING OUT OF PLACE, PUT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY.

DO IT RIGHT AWAY, IF IT TAKES 2 MINUTES

PRODUCTIVITY SYSTEMS

Without great planning, having great task management systems, and developing a system (and refining it) to do everything of importance in total (including those things repeated over and over).

My Time And Productivity Management Systems - Use to jump off of.  In some cases, just slam them into place and get up and running effectively, instead of waiting for perfection or designing your own from scratch.  (Note that designing the wheel from scratch is a major productivity error, since it is easier to copy, and perhaps tweak, what has already been thought out and invented.
