Pre-Flight Checklist - For Having A Good Daily Flight! - Walks you through the pieces that assure you are prepared for the flight for the day. Includes some intentions to pick from and some items to review and follow for a good day, such a a "Morning checklist" of what to do and a set of checklists that you can access to be quickly back up to speed in an area of life you need to reinforce or repair (the Checklists For Running Your Life page).
REMINDER ITEMS FOR PARTICULAR TIMES OF THE DAY
In building a structure for the day, specifying when and "in what order to do what" provides guidance and an easier flow where one does not have to "re-decide". It also helps to avoid going off into "dis-ordered doing" or having to reinvent a wheel you already invented! (In the free 90 day life structuring and wisdom program ToolsToLife, he recommends several "structuring" strategies and you can actually create some online.) Since I wrote this originally, I have determined the best daily schedule for my highest value days: A Pre-Set, Super-Committed Schedule For The Day For An Always Powerful Day! Not Optional!
Relevant Items For A Particular Time Of Day - The items are set up in the order in which a person would refer to them.
The Morning - Getting Centered For The Day - Getting centered and filled up
for the day is an essential element of managing one's day to be a good to
excellent day! Use the example of pieces page linked above.
The Evening - Getting recentered and complete for the day.
