HOW TO USE THE BARKSDALE MATERIALS
TO ACHIEVE SOUND SELF-ESTEEM AND STRESS-FREE LIVING

(The special workbooks for self study and group workshops will be scanned and available around the end of 2011.)

When I was totally stressed and my self esteem was lower than a snake with fallen arches, I followed the program faithfully, doing what I recommend below.  The benefits were priceless.  It will pay huge dividends for you to do this completely and thoroughly until you reach the point where you have sound self-esteem, a clear view on reality, and a stress-free way of living and looking at life.


YOUR STUDIES

Take the Self Esteem Evaluation, to get a starting score.  (I would recommend that you also take the Stress Evaluation to get a starting score even before you read the book Stress-Free Living.)

PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR LEADING A SELF-STUDY GROUP

Study Guide For Building Self-Esteem - 14 session self-guided study group, where you can change who the leader is for each session however you wish.


PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR LEADING A WORKSHOP

Barksdale Two-Part Self-Esteem Program - Book: Manual For Building Sound Self-Esteem, which
    consists of two parts:
 
          Introductory 12-hour Workshop Program
          Follow On Program For Building Sound Self Esteem

Or

Barksdale Self-Esteem Workshop - Book:  Building Sound Self-Esteem, Instructor's Guide - Three modules, twelve hours.


AFFIRMATIONS, STATEMENTS

Using The Audio:  Listen to these (being put on the site shortly, I'll link you to the list) at least 10 times, but at least twice daily (less is ineffective)

Read and repeat the affirmations, a set at least twice daily.
