When I was totally stressed and my self esteem was lower than a snake with fallen arches, I followed the program faithfully, doing what I recommend below.  The benefits were priceless.  It will pay huge dividends for you to do this completely and thoroughly until you reach the point where you have sound self-esteem, a clear view on reality, and a stress-free way of living and looking at life.

Take the Self Esteem Evaluation, to get a starting score.  (I would recommend that you also take the Stress Evaluation to get a starting score even before you read the book Stress-Free Living - Eliminating Hurting Emotions And Destructive Stress.
