Keep the books, notebooks, etc., in a special place where they are instantly accessible, such as recommended in the Ground/Remind/Inspire page, especially the dedicated bookshelf.

PURPOSE:  To provide a supplemental memory to our brain to help us

                            Get back on track
                            Feel more alive and vital
                            Feel peaceful, stress free
                            Use our lives much better
                            Feel more powerful

Put in this notebook all those things that will help you to get "back on track" with what works for you toward living into that life you truly love.  Consider putting items like the following into your Reminders Notebook (or Grounding/Reminders/Inspiration Notebook if you're combining them all into one).  Review at least once a week, during your "golden hour".
