HOW TO USE THE LEARNING/IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAMS PAGE
SELECTING THE RIGHT PROGRAM FOR YOURSELF
Note: Due to various different needs and styles of work, I have added a guidance page to use, after you read this page. Hopefully, it will make it easier to have a program that is easy to follow and suits your needs - all for a better life! Different Tracks For Programs For Different Needs And Styles.
SEQUENCED VERSUS RANDOM OR CHAOTIC
'Tis far better to pick a sequenced program to learn from than to learn sporadically or to be a dilettante - both of which will waste a huge amount of time that could be used for at least 10 times the benefit: A true learning program/sequence.
I personally would start with the items in the Improving Life Quickly And Powerfully box. This would get high payoffs rather rapidly and you would free up the time to use to do a selected comprehensive program.
DO, AT SOME POINT, THE LIFEPLAN
Eventually, if you want to be highly success at life, you'll need to put together a LifePlan, where you can design a great life. If you have no design, it ain't gonna happen! And you will have wasted the great potential of your life - without a plan, it's like flushing your life down the drain!
For anyone without pressing issues, I would do the LifePlan initial draft (or medium brief plan, to build on later) as soon as you can - and build into the plan which programs you'll work on and in which order. Then I would start the programs simultaneously with adding to and polishing your life plan - that way you'll have more of a feeling of progress.
If you have pressing issues, I would handle the issue by entering what it is into the search engine and applying what is suggested. Pressing issues are usually psychological in nature (and often involve relationships, which is, indeed, a psychological issue).
If it is about a current relationship problem link into the relationship program that is the quick alignment p\iece and then read the key items listed in the Relationship Contents/Links page, which provides pretty much a sequential list of what to read.
ALWAYS, NO MATTER WHAT
Whether the issues are directly psychological or created by a relationship problem, psychological health is key. I would follow the first program listed under that topic and then work your way down to the others.
You should be able, if you follow these programs to "full understanding", to have most every day be virtually stress free (i.e. distress free) - tolerate nothing less!!! Don't stop before you get there!
THE NECESSARY PIECES ALL ENHANCE EACH OTHER PIECE!
It's interesting to note that getting a sound philosophy of life causes a huge psychological boost both in clarity and in happiness. Consider reading the parts of that program - and writing out your Life Philosophy as directed.
You must have a sound belief system, but most, even high level achievers, have big flaws and weaknesses in their belief systems. The program for upgrading your beliefs is definitely one to do. The emotion management program will be greatly enhanced if you have cleaned up your belief system, as most of the bad emotions are a result of bad beliefs!
You'll find that if you do the Physical Health improvement program (use the checklist that is provided under Checklists For Running Your Life), you'll be able to improve your energy and outlook and brain function and how you feel all day - and even your stamina and courage. It is absolutely essential that you get this piece of your life operating effectively!
AND, YES, IT WILL TAKE TIME - BUT PROVIDE MARVELOUS BENEFITS!
Although you might be impatient to get immediate results and to have quick fixes, it is imperative that you stick with the program and be engaged in a continual "build", where you are accumulated gains that will stay with you for life. (See The principle Of "Building" A Life.)
It would be a fool's folly to expect to have a great life or even a good life without doing a "build" to put your life and wisdom at the highest level.
