30 DAYS - THAT'S ALL!
"You can do anything for 30 days."
"Small changes = Sustainability."
Is it 1 day, 21 days (said to be the time to develop a new habit), 30 days (a convenient to keep track of time), or 45 days (most likely the correct amount of time to assure physical brain rewiring for a 'habit')?
In this, we'll simply give it a go for 30 days and list a few alternatives, so that I have some place to go back to for my next 30 day challenge.
It's both a game, to make time more meaningful, and a means of "self-improvement". Give it a shot.
They accumulate! (And otherwise you'd just have spent 30 days, with nothing added. So don't be impatient!)
