Decide each of these, completely, by learning and once and for all establishing what works for you (instead of revisiting it with partial solutions)

Just follow these!

Nutrients - Only follow Nutrition, Food Checklist.

  No crap in, so less to clean out.
  No foods (sugars, junk) to cause out of
     balance (which causes malfunctioning:
     maintain Homeostasis.)

Cleaning

  Flushing with water, blood flow (exercise)
  Moving lymph (movement)
  Occasional fasting can help
  Leave 12+ hours a day without eating, so
     can digest and clean out food

Strengthening

  Exercise program (minimum 30 min.)

Rejuvenation, repair

  Adequate sleep, early regular bed time
     (melatonin)
  Rest, relaxation (back to homeostasis)
  Breaks (daily plus bigger ones) (Rejuvenation)

Prevent degeneration; avoid overload

  Ergonomics (and link into related)
  Virtually no stress pacing, pausing, planning
  No excessive loads beyond capability or
      prolonged
