       includes tracking what key exercises you've done and how you've eaten, daily.         Doesn't track weight (see below for that).
   Physical Habits Rating Tracking Sheet - Tracks, giving you a total score key
       habits, subtracting points for some.
   Physical Health Measures - Long Term Monitoring Record - Without this
       perspective, it is harder to tell where you've been and how you're really doing.
   Weight Monitoring Graph - Chart your weight and how many minutes of
       exercise, by day plus exercise.
