CRITERIA, BENEFITS, READINGS FOR BEING GROUNDED
KEEPING YOURSELF CENTERED FOR THE DAY!
The reason for doing what is necessary to be grounded are:
To be fully in one's most powerful, solid way of being, at a level 10.
To have a very confident core "in-charge of my life" feeling.
I am very competent, very capable. Of course, that does not mean perfection, just great capability.
I know what I intend to do for the coming day.
I am wide awake, full of energy, fully fueled.
Independent, self-sufficient. Not dependent on anyone's approval.
To have no concerns about whether you can handle life and what comes up in the day.
To be relaxed and to know there is nothing to be stressed about.
WHAT CRITERIA MUST BE MET TO BE PROPERLY GROUNDED?
You can't be grounded without having a vision of your day, a perspective on it.
Problems specified and laid out for handling, and telling yourself you can and will handle them.
Perhaps the best way to address this is to identify and eliminate what might get in the way.
This would include an "I'm ok right now and I have more than enough. I can always have enough. There is nothing to worry about." Of course, this requires some long term grounding and understanding and buy in.
"I am safe, always." And I have more than enough. I am more than capable of producing my baseline. I am at the level of experiencing many bonuses. I am in abundance in life and fully capbale of generating all I need. (Have those pieces printed out and in your notebook available for reading.)
I will go calmly through this day, fully centered, fully in my power, standing tall and centered.
I am now reminding myself of what I have so I know I am filled with more than enough. I am blessed. I am grateful for all I have in this world. Read the basic piece that is a reminder of what there is to be grateful for, a piece from which you can branch out into further detail in each area. (Read my gratitude lists.)
I accept life as it is...
I will follow the rules I've set up, where I will pause before acting and never, never, never act in anger or fear.
YOU ARE NOT FINISHED UNTIL YOU ARE:
Feeling centered and strong, ready for the day, filled up and convinced there is more than enough in life.
Have a clear view of your day and that you will handle it well with grace and ease, remembering always that you will use The Pause as is necessary to return to homeostasis and full power.
