   Do something concrete and easy, where I can see the results
   Stand strong and staight and powerfully, speak strongly with a loud voice, affirm
       my key power affirmations.
   Do complete relaxation routine.  Use most easily:
          Relax Body, Count Backwards, 10 to 1.
   Move, exercise, sun
   Eat something substantial, low glycemic and long lasting
   Check to see if highly tired; if so, nap 30 minutes using 10 to 1 counting to relax
       and cut off thoughts.

OPTIONAL

    Write down what I am thinking, because my down is surely from "thinking". 
          Then, when I am in a resourceful state, take those and convert them to what
               is true and useful.  (See Changing Beliefs.)
