This is an extensive master program, with a number of subprograms.  The investment you make at each level of each of the programs will have the best payoff of anything you can do with your hours!!!!  (At least do the basics, but I recommend that you have several hours set aside virtually every week in order to "complete" the extinction of fears and anxieties in your life.)

Emotion Management essentially includes much of what psychology is about.  Master it and you've mastered your personal psychology.  It has "areas", or pieces, each of which is worthy of mastery.

I.  Learn the basics of emotions, what they mean.  

     Read the overall intro page and follow the key links and links of interest.
     Read the articles in the order listed in the emotion management box in the special 
         section: Emotion And Fear Management Contents, Links.
     Notice that you can inquire into a specific emotion in Emotions Contents/Links/

Since emotions are related to signals for action that better survival, one of the modules is The Behavior Management Learning/Implementation Program. (See Behavior Management - Managing Oneself To Get The Desired Behaviors.)  So, it'll be in the curriculum list below.

Although a separate program, it is essential that you learn and then "make certain" your own philosophy of life, so that you have a strong foundation with true beliefs and principles:
