Discussion:  The Physics Of Life (Reality!)

THE UNIVERSE IS PHYSICAL, PERIOD.

    It is all matter and energy. (No mystical causes.)

    There is only cause and effect, in a chain
         Without cause, there is no effect (no magic!
         Everything occurs in "steps", in the form of "systems".
              Everything is mechanical at its base
         No "and then there is a miracle" should be relied on

POWER (RESULTS)

Without energy, one can't produce movement.  (Never stay in a
    lower energy state)

Power is that application of energy to move an object in the direction desired
    If one does not know the direction, then...
    Wasting energy (or canceling it) is "inefficient" - must learn
         to be efficient if one wants more desired effects!
    Using energy to propel in the wrong direction is the
         biggest waste of life.  That is ineffectiveness - failing to go
         what has the greatest effect per amount of energy

An object in motion will tend to go in a straight line until acted upon by an outside force. Your Path Is The Only Attainable
    Path... 
    It will be slowed by any friction (opposing force, or "needs")
    We humans can "decide" to apply outside force, once we are
        taught well.

Your body and your mind are mechanical (no little gremlins in there)
    Operate off of electricity (energy) and chemicals. (Your
        Mechanical Brain/Body - Summary  ).
    Emotions are just chemicals combined with a recalled
        pattern, which may or may not be accurate.
        Impulses do not have to be followed.
     The primitive brain is very simple and simplistic.  It is often
        not right, not appropriate, just plain wrong - and it does
        not rule!
