PLANS AND PROGRAMS
TO CREATE WHAT WORKS TO GET WHAT BARBARA REALLY WANTS

To be put together.  See Objectives Of Barbara's Plan.

This should be a primarily initial action, with the first draft being done after the initial data gathering (the data gathering should be an objective statement, without labels, such that it can actually be read by the person for whom the plan is, without being "set off" by any of the conclusions or observations).  Sometimes these items might be better done out of order, especially where there is more inclination at the time.

Also, the actual plan, which would involve scheduling, may also pull out pieces to work on.  However, you should do an overview of what is here - and not go into overwhelm, as each of the items will be allotted sufficient agreed time to complete (time that is adequate).

Set up a notebook and put all the pieces from this and from the Contents section in it.

THE OVERALL PARTS OF THE PLAN (For reference to a prior plan that was helpful, see Barbara's Proactive Plan.)

Procedure To Implement New Conversations

Philosophy building

Review and decide which ones to use for re-reading/review and affirmations from:
The Detailed Contents/Links Philosophy section, picking off what is relevant.
My Victory For Life - To contribute to the philosophy and to looking forward, see the prospective:

Building perspective and seeing what is there

Constructing the list of "haves" (see HAVINGNESS).
Read daily the key lists, from Reminders Notebook.

My Declarations (See The Declarations.)

ISSUES HANDLING

Consider the immersion, concentration, completion, with experts strategy of going to Hoffman Institute.

To work out a plan that would provide me with sufficient exposure to people so that I won't feel too lonely; to solve the Cage statement:  "I'll be lonely and miserable"

Handle and persist until these key beliefs completely submit to reason and new true beliefs:  The Core Belief Statements.  Create declarations of the opposite and install affirmations fully.

ACTIONS

Stop all negative conversations to self and others, period. (Languaging - Using precise,
    empowering language)

Implement the Self-Sufficiency strategy (Giving To Yourself What Is Needed), deciding which to do and building into the schedule.

Be "up" on all the key pieces of Contents/links - Barbara.

TRACKING AND MONITORING, FEEDBACK AND COURSE CORRECTION

Revise to fit you and implement a Tracking And Monitoring Sheet, like this one that was designed for you.
