       of much of what is to be done.


Part VI: PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS AND MONITORING PROGRESS - It's always
       important to know where one is, so that one can compare to where one wants to be, then to
       measure the progress and to see what else needs to be done.  Actually the starting piece and
       then the ending piece for each cycle upward.
